Where did life take you after BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy?

I am now studying at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and I work as a Freelance Lighting Designer and Technician around the UK and Europe.

What was your fondest memory of BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy?

My fondest memory of BOA Stage and Screen was working with some highly talented young practitioners and making shows with a passion. I think working as a student for Birmingham Royal Ballet must have been one of my best experiences whilst at the academy.

Why did you attend BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy?

I studied at BOA Stage and Screen as I always had a passion for Theatre and the Arts sector, But BOA just felt like the right place to go at the time and I am really glad I studied at the academy as without BOA, I wouldn't be in the position I am in now doing my dream job.

Lastly, why should students apply for BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy?

I believe that students should apply for BOA Stage and Screen as it is filled with great people with a growing passion for their specific practice and also provides some incredible working opportunities and networking events.

Lastly, a piece of advice for current learners: My advice would be to not give up on your goals and dreams, as all of the hard work you are putting in now will pay off! and don't be afraid to speak to and contact practitioners in the field.
