We are delighted to announce that Jude (Level 3) and Kodi (Level 4) have secured a work placement with our sponsors, PRG UK, working alongside the lighting crew on The BRIT Awards 2026.

Our end of term newsletter is live – packed with everything we've been up to from September through to Christmas. From mayoral visits and alumni success stories to exciting trips, plus our students shining both on stage and behind the scenes in Cinderella – it’s been an amazing few months! ✨

On Wednesday 19^th November 2025, the Mayor of the West Midlands, Richard Parker, visited BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy to meet with students and staff, highlighting the importance of preparing young people for careers in the creative industries. He was joined by Hayley Pepler, Head of Culture, Creative Industries and Digital Roadmap at the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), and Kate Tague, Chief Executive of the BOA Group.

Birmingham’s thriving screen and live events industry took centre stage on Tuesday 30^th September as Councillor Zafar Iqbal MBE, Lord Mayor of Birmingham, visited BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy to meet the city’s next generation of filmmakers and creative professionals.
